Product Details
This scarf features an easy leafy center, fancy bottom borders, and a lacy side edging. The scarf is quick to knit in fingering yarn. It would look lovely in pretty greens or fall--colored yarns. The leaves have a veined center which looks more complicated than they really are! The scarf is worked in halves from the bottom up for a balanced look! There are charts as well as written directions to knit this scarf!
Finished measurements after blocking are 71” long x 6 ½” wide.
Yarn: scarf uses about 460 yards of fingering weight. Sample was made using 1 skein James C. Brett Supreme, Soft & Gentle, Baby 4 ply; 70%acrylic/30% polyamide; and 100 g/482 yards.
Needles and Notions: Size U.S. 5 straight needles and 1 spare to hold stitches of first half; yarn needle to work Kitchener stitch and weave in ends.
