Product Details
Sima is a pattern for warm winter socks. You knit with 2 strands of 4ply sock yarn. Cuff, leg and foot are knitted inside out, so you don’t need to purl all these sts! It’s a funny construction and you get nice effects when using your scrabs. This pattern is written for working on DPNs. The sizes are European shoe sizes, the lengths are given in centimeters, the amounts are given in grams.
Yarn: sock yarn 4ply held double, you need a minimum of 2 different colors. You may wish to change the color for the heel and the toes or work with your leftovers. Have fun!
Amounts needed for: 40/41: 120g; 42/43: 130g
Needles and tools: dpns size US1.5 (2.5mm) and 2.5 (3mm) or long circular needles same sizes, tapestry needle, scissors, 2 stitch markers (optional).
