The beauty of this skirt is it can be made in any yarn weight and any fiber.
It is made to measure and fully customizable. The pattern gives instructions how to take your own measurements to create the beginning chain.
The textured waist band is created using front post and back post double crochet and it is finished off with a waist tie to bring the waist in.
Lining the skirt is also an option.
The pattern is beginner friendly so go ahead and design your version, one colour, two-tone, striped, the options are endless.
I used sport weight yarn and a 3.0mm crochet hook. The yardage for XS size is 488yds. The length of the skirt including the waistband is 11.5".
