It's a great party top! Get the free pattern "Marble bag purse 107" to go with it. You need 77-123 yards of contrast colour (Rave), along with the main colour listed above. Any yarn that you would describe as super bulky will work for the contrast colour. The main colour is any plain worsted weight, any fibre. Easy enough for beginners.
Yarn amounts MC: 546 (610, 713, 819, 893) m / 597 (669, 780, 896, 977) yd of plain worsted weight yarn any fibre. CC: 70 (70, 92, 112, 112) m / 77 (77, 101, 123, 123) yd of super bulky novelty yarn.
Tension gauge: 20 sts and 26 rows = 10 cm / 4" 0ver St st with MC yarn and 4.5mm needles 8 sts and 12 rows = 10 cm / 4" over St st with CC yarn and 9mm needles.
