An easy slip-stitch pattern packs a powerful punch in this cowl, which (provided you weave in your ends carefully) can be fully reversible. The pattern is beginner friendly and easy to adapt to other weights of yarn.
To knit this pattern, you need to know how to knit and purl in the round and slip stitches purlwise.
Although the color effects will be most dramatic with self-striping yarns, any type of yarn may be used, though the slip-stitch effect may be more subtle.
