Product Details
Whether you’re out for a winter walk, watching TV or chopping veg in a chilly kitchen, this unique garment is perfect for keeping your neck and shoulders warm, but leaving your arms and hands free! The Snowcap Cape can be popped over a shirt or a sweater anytime - with no buttons to be fastened – providing a trendy extra layer in seconds! Inspired by the bumps and dips of a snow-covered ski-ing piste, the Snowcap Cape features an unusual cable-like stitch, created by twisting a set of stitches. The cape is knitted from the bottom-up with circular knitting on circular needles. And as the piece is worked, the pattern repeat decreases to create the fabulous shape naturally!
Bottom circumference 109 120 131cm [43 (47 1/4, 51 2/4]in Height 46cm (18)in Neck circumference 54 58 61cm [21 1/4 (22 3/4 , 24)in]
Pattern Notes: Use either double pointed needles (DPNs) or continue using cir needles but use magic-loop method to accommodate for smaller stitch numbers towards the top.
