Crochet a comforting Snowman Lovey for a special little one.
To make this extra snuggly, I have used fluffy chenille-style yarn, but it could be made using plain yarn as well.
I have used James C Brett Flutterby Chunky yarn in White for the main blankey and snowman, and Paintbox Yarns Simply Chunky acrylic yarn for the accessories.
Both of these yarn brands recommend using a 6mm hook for the yarns. If you’re substituting the yarns, please ensure that they are all of a similar thickness by checking the recommended hook sizes.
My finished lovey measures approximately 16”/41cm in diameter, with the snowman attachment standing approximately 4”/10cm tall. The total folded length, from top of head to edge of blankey, is approximately 12”/31cm.
