The pattern states 3ply yarn but works equally well in sock (4ply/fingering) yarn.
The blanket is crocheted from corner to corner in a narrow shell stitch, with a scalloped edging. Work it in a single colour (as shown) or try using some gorgeous semi-solid or variegated yarn.
EASY pattern rating - suitable for a crocheter of any skill level.
REQUIREMENTS: 1885 metres (2062 yards - approx 300grams) of 3ply (or approx. 500g of 4ply/fingering) weight yarn, and a 3.5mm crochet hook.
FINISHED SIZE: approx. 31 inches x 41 inches (78cm x 103cm) when worked using a 3ply yarn. A 4ply yarn version will be a slightly different finished size.
