This soft, warm blanket can be worked up quickly as each knitted garter stitch square measures just 5 inches. Choose as many colours as you wish and create a visually stunning blanket to enjoy for years to come. This blanket will require sewing up at the end.
You will need 800 grams of DK yarn by Hayfield Bonus DK - each ball is 280m (306yds)/100g (3.5oz) for each colour you will be using. Gauge 22 stitches, 28 rows to 10cm/4" on size 4mm US 6 needles. Our blanket is 8 squares wide and 8 squares long but your can be any size.
Garter stitch throughout.
