Product Details
This pretty shawlette is named for the yarn it was knit with! The lace border is worked first, then the short-row body; then a simple garter edging.
Finished Size: 16” depth, 62” wingspan. Modification directions included.
Yarn: Arcane Fibre Works Sparkling Waters, 75% Merino/20 Nylon/5% Lurex. 437 yards/100g. Sample used 100g. This yarn is discontinued; this will work well with any fingering weight yarn such as Arcane Fiber Works Merino/Nylon 80/20.
Needles: Size 5 US/3.75mm 24” circular needle, or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 14 stitches/28 rows per inch in wet-blocked stockinette stitch; 5 stitches per inch unblocked. One blocked repeat is 3” wide by 1.75” deep. Gauge is not critical for this item but will affect yardage used and drape.
