Product Details
Super scarves are all the rage right now, but while a lot of patterns out there are super bulky or over-the-top silly, I tried to create a pattern that drapes softly, and looks chic and lovely while still giving you all of the fun of an extra long scarf! Another great feature of this pattern is that the 'wrong' side of the scarf is just as beautiful as the 'right' side
If you don't want a super long scarf, this pattern can also be used to make a regular length scarf, and the pattern includes a stopping point for both a regular scarf, and a super scarf, but really the choice is yours! Stop knitting when you like the length and work the last section of the scarf.
If you use a self-striping yarn for this pattern, you will end up with 'diamonds' of varying colors, but this technique also looks beautiful when done in solids, heathers or tweeds!
The Entrelac technique is explained in detail in the pattern, including photos.
