Product Details
The Steadfast Shawl is the ideal transitional weather accessory. This top down, lace and cable triangular shawl shows off the stitch definition of a solid or mostly-solid fingering weight yarn to great effect. The triangular shawl is worked flat from from the long cast on edge and decreased down to one stitch for a gratifying and beautiful project sure to be worn for many seasons to come. This pattern is charted.
Materials: Fingering weight yarn at 200 yds [183 m] per approx. 50g [1.76 oz]: 1,200 yards [1,100 m]
Needle: US 6 (4.0 mm) 40” [100 cm] circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
Other notions: Three stitch markers; cable needle; yarn needle
Gauge: 28 sts / 39 rows = 4” [10 cm] in body patt, after blocking
