Product Details

This cosy cowl is inspired by 1940s knitwear and embraces the era’s elegant style and thrifty use of yarn. Not only does it add a splash of colour to liven up coats and jackets but is also a great stash buster. Featuring a 50 row pattern, worked 5 times, it uses two main background colours and small amounts of same weight yarn for the colour pops. Worked as a tube and folded to create a warm double-sided fabric, the pattern provides a great introduction to knitting traditional motif colour work in the round and would be a great project for knitters wishing to practice their stranded technique.

Please note that the repeating pattern is worked from a colour chart.
