Step by step instructions with lots of photos. Medium Worsted Weight cotton yarn # 4 is required and a 5 or 5.5 mm Crochet Hook. A beginner with basic knowledge can make this. All you need to know is how to chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet.
