Product Details
This is such an easy blanket to make! If you can knit and purl, you can make this blanket. The pattern creates a lovely texture that looks almost like a cable pattern, but rest assured, no cable techniques are used! It is simply made up of knit and purl stitches.
The finished size of the blanket is approximately 140cm x 150cm (55 x 59 inches), but instructions for adapting to your specific size is included. The blanket is knitted in one piece, so circular needles are advised.
You will need 10 skeins of 100g each to complete the blanket in this Aran weight yarn (100g = 170 metres). Most worsted weight yarns will give a similar end product (4 Medium). Guidance on yarn substitution is also given.
The last page of the pattern is a printer friendly, easy reference for the main body of the blanket.
