I was thinking about how pretty and easy this block is, and I was trying to think of a name, and I was thinking about the county fairs at this time of the year and I came up with Sweet and Fair!
Straighforward instructions for treble clusters and for treble crocheting four stitches together as well as a few front-post stitches.
