This easy headband knitting pattern is perfect for beginners looking for the next challenge after completing their first project. The Aurelia twist headband is a particularly quick knit since it’s constructed solely from the simple garter stitch (all knit stitch) whereas the Aurora is worked up in rib stitch (knit one, purl one).
Both designs require the use of a cable needle which introduces another technique for you to add to your skill bank. Don’t worry if you’ve never tackled a cable before, either. The pdf contains step by step instructions and accompanying photographs to guide you through the process. Creating the twist is easy peasy!
