"I make jewellery just for fun in addition to my design work. I enjoy the instant gratification that comes from an evening of bead or wire work as it’s easy to complete a project in a single sitting. In comparison knitting is just soooo slow. This project combines the best of both worlds. It’s knitting but there isn’t very much of it. The first necklace I made had strangers asking where they could get one of their own. You can make as many or as few blossoms as you want and it’s a great project to carry around in your purse. The pattern is purposely written as more of a general guideline, as opposed to a specific pattern, to inspire your creativity and as a great way to use up your yarn scraps." I suggest using fingering to worsted weights, and needles appropriate to your yarn choice.
