MATERIALS: E/4 3.5 MM Hook for 2.5" sole (baby doll) F/5 3.75 MM Hook for 2.75" sole (preemie) G/6 4.25 MM Hook for 3" sole (newborn) H/8 5.00 MM Hook for 3.25" sole (newborn - 6weeks) I/9 5.5 MM Hook for 3.5", 4", and 4.25" sole (3, 6, 9 mo) J/10 6.00MM Hook for 4.5" sole (12 mo) K/11 6.5MM Hook for 5" sole (12- 18 mo) A small amount of a brownish gold color yarn in Medium weight 4 "A" A small amount of black color yarn in Medium weight 4 "B" A small amount of light brown color yarn in Medium weight 4 "C" 1 small sheet of #10 plastic canvas String for laces.
