The New Primrose* knitting pattern for a baby blanket is easy to knit in one piece You will need 200gms of baby soft double knit yarn and a pair of 5mm knitting needles. I like to use a slightly bigger needle as the finished item is nice and soft and drapes well.If you prefer smaller eg 4mm or 4.5mm the blanket will work out just the same but slightly smaller. Finished size, on 5mm needles, is approx 30x30ins/ 77x77cms
