Use any Chunky weight yarn with a stitch gauge of 12/13/14sts.
It was made for walks on the beach, thrown over your cossie. Its tunic length: 70cms to cover your thighs, or make shorter. The side slits need no work, just leave open a desired length.Make with or without the cap sleeves but they are OSO easy too. The boat neckline opening can be made as wide or closed as you like too.
