Product Details
This is a crochet pattern for a cushion cover or blanket made using tapestry crochet to form diagonal stripes.
The pattern includes photos, full written instructions and tips for making a cushion cover or blanket. It would be suitable for a beginner with some experience or an intermediate crocheter looking to try tapestry crochet for the first time.
You could use this pattern to make both sides of a cushion. Alternatively, you could make one side with my Lightning Stripes pattern.
The finished cushion cover, made with aran yarn, measures 40 cm by 40 cm. However, the pattern includes instructions for varying the size to make a bigger or smaller cushion cover or blanket.
The pattern uses aran weight yarn although you could use any weight yarn.
The pattern is written using UK crochet terms but it includes a table for converting them to US terms (very simply!).
Crochet level: competent beginner to intermediate.
