A 4” tall woolly turkey. This woolly bird was created in response to my vegan friend who wanted an inedible turkey for the Thanksgiving table.
For an ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE knitter. There is some great technique in this pattern, including a heel turn knitted flat and short row shaping, both of which are fully explained in the pattern
SKILLS REQUIRED: Knit; Purl; Pick Up and Knit; K2tog Through the Back Loop; K2tog; P2tog; short row shaping (fully explained in pattern)
MATERIALS REQUIRED: US Size 3 needles (3.25mm); US Size 3 (3.25mm) double pointed needles; Approx 60 yards Brown DK yarn; Approx 10 yards Cream DK yarn; Approx 4 yards Orange DK yarn; Fiberfill; Tapestry needle; 2 buttons for eyes (3/8” diameter)
