Product Details
Udara is a shawl worked laterally with garter stitch and brioche stitch. I used 2 different yarns: the baby suri alpaca gives it a light and airy feel and the merino yarn gives it hold.
**Gauge:**Lyl Bling: 18 sts and 48 rs = 4”x4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in garter stitch and 3,5 mm (US4) needles. Lyl Fluff : 18 sts and 34 rs = 4”x4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in garter stitch and 3,5 mm (US4) needles.
Materials:
Lyly sur un fil, Lyl Fluff (74% baby suri alpaca, 26% mulberry silk, 328 yds/300 m. for 50g), 1 skein color the wall, or about 328yds/300 m. of the same quality yarn (color 1)
Lyly sur un fil, Lyl Bling (75% merino, 20% nylon, 5% silver stellina, 437 yds/400 m. for 100g), 1 skein color chaï, or about 437 yds/400 m. of fingering weight yarn (color 2)
3.5 mm (US 4) needles or size to obtain gauge.
