Valanar Cowl is a serious winter wear! Perfect for those very low temperatures and not so. Wear it up, wear it down…either way Valanar Cowl will keep you toasty warm. Those early morning walks will get a tad more cozy with this cowl. And…this cowl was designed in co-operation with my husband, who is a very outdoorsy person. Every detail was made to his specification. This cowl meets his full approval.
