Great colour and feel which have been recognised by the recipients of the 2 scarves I have knitted.
Great yarn with good colour and feel. I have used the yarn to knit 2 scarves and the recipients are delighted with the feel and look.
Excellent colour, texture and quality of yarn. I have used the yarn to knit 2 scarves for my daughter and her boyfriend and they are delighted with the feel and look.
Very reliable workhorse yarn.
I was impressed with Valley Yarns Northampton. I usually always buy Marino wool but thought that I would try this wool as the reviews sad that it was soft and I have to agree with them. It also knits beautifully with good stitch definition.
very nice to knit with and looks good
I'm using this yarn for a cable knit project and so far it's knitting up really beautifully. It has just the right amount of stitch definition and it's just as soft as I hoped. (My photo doesn't reflect the colour very well, the shop images are quite accurate)
nice, affordable wool! lovely colour
Very happy with the wool and the price
The yarn is exactly what I expected. It is a typical worsted weight and knits up that way. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality in that there is very little unraveling and this is important when increasing and decreasing stitches.
