Knitted gloves in vintage style
I’ve a faible for vintage style and especially designing knitted gloves in vintage style.
The pattern itselfI’ve worked a lot with the fit of the glove, and it’s especially, after my opinion at least, the way the thumb is made has a lot to say about how nice the gloves are to wear. The pattern is described in details and there are also added photos.
On a knitting scale from one to three, where one is easy and three is difficult, I will rate it as two, due to the flower pattern.
Yarn and needlesI use needles 2.5 mm- US 1.5 and yarn is sock yarn from arwetta, Filcolana, 80% wool and 20 % nylon. Gauge is 35 sts and 47 rows = 10 cm
