There are 5 different colors in this hat, but the total finished hat weighs little more than 2 ounces. We sell both patterns and kits on our website.
Yarn packs for Mrs Knitter Designs patterns are available through the Mrs Knitter Designs website www.mrsknitterdesigns.com. Variations in gauge can be made to purposely personalize the hat size. The hat can be a tam by blocking on a plate rather than a bowl when finished.
Tips for knitting my hats can also be found on our website - mrsknitterdesigns.com Any fingering weight yarns that come in colors suitable for the design can be used. I'll look forward to seeing a picture of your interpretations of this tam/beanie.
