Product Details
Using 2 solid colors of worsted weight yarn and basic knitting stitches, this throw is a joy to knit! The solid border (knit at the same time as the mosaic rows) adds more visual interest and finishes off the throw nicely! This throw is great for babies, weddings, or every day!
This throw is worked in the Mosaic Knitting technique, which was made popular by Barbara Walker many years ago. The pattern includes complete written instructions, as well as charts.
The throw can be made in Small, Large or almost any size desired. Simply follow the included information regarding the yardage required for each repeat of the pattern to calculate the amount of yarn needed for the desired size of throw.
I’ve admired the geometric pattern in the lampshades in my master bedroom for years! So I decided to design a knit throw/blanket with this striking pattern in it. This design reminds me of the quilt pattern, Wedding Rings, so hence the name of this lovely pattern!
