The Welsh Lady Tea Cosy is a cracker; inspired by the traditional dress of Wales and Welsh emblaems, this tea cosy is the height of Welsh chic.
She's wearing a black skirt with a white frill at the bottom. About her waist she has a little black and white striped apron that is embellished with a love heart. She's wearing a red top, with a little white shawl to keep her shoulders warm. And in true tradition, she's wearing the classic big black hat over a little frilly mop cap. The hat can be removed revealing her mop cap.
