In times of recovery, we all need a comforting knit; something that is mindless but with enough wee detail to keep our interest.Wholesome is exactly that – a soothing sideways knit shawlette. Garter, lace, and a whole lotta comfort.
CONSTRUCTION
Wholesome is shallow shawlette or generous scarf, constructed sideways.You will start by casting on at one end of the shawlette, working both the lace border and garter stitch body concurrently. Stitches are gently increased in the garter stitch section until the desired size is achieved. From here you stop increases and work straight, before decreasing at the other end of the knit.
