Winnimere features classic color work techniques this hat playfully mingles dark and light colors in a stranded dance.
Construction Notes Winnimere is a warm and loose fitted hat showing off stranded stitch patterns. It features a Latvian braid and corrugated ribbing brim followed by a simple, flecked colorwork pattern which fades to dark before the decreases form the gathered, slouchy crown. Shown in Large with 1” positive ease
Gauge 24 sts and 33 rows in 4" / 10 cm square in stranded pattern on smaller needles and in corrugated ribbing on larger needles
Needles and Notions US 4 / 3.5mm needles US 5 / 3.75mm needles OR size needed to obtain gauge tapestry needle for weaving in ends
