Inspiration for the "Winter Waves" Coffee & Ice Cream Mitt came over a year ago when I was sitting on a cold metal bleacher watching my kids play soccer. Where we live it's not uncommon to have snow on the field during the last couple games of the season. As I sat shivering on that cold metal bleacher, my hot chocolate sat between my legs because I had to keep my hands in my pockets to stay warm. And that folks is where the inspiration for this design came from. Now admittedly, I put it on the back burner and didn't actually design it until after another season of soccer passed, but now I have it for next fall! lol
