I recently updated the pattern to include a fast & pretty optional border. It looks great with or without the border. It's the same pattern that can be worn 2 ways! Go to the beach wearing it as a sarong & if it gets chilly out just wrap it around your shoulders. It is made up of all increases in the beginning and then all decreases at the end. It is crochet sideways all in one piece including the side ties. I used a really soft cotton yarn which is great for this pattern. The finished size in the picture is 56 inches wide by 18 inches long but it can be made wider!
