The unusual spiral shape of the Burning Branch Shawl is generated naturally from the placement of increases. Leaf shapes grow in size by the same process, highlighting the colors in the yarn.

Finished Measurements: 14” deep after blocking
Yarn Requirements: 1 skein Valley Yarns Leyden (75% Superwash Merino Wool/ 25% Nylon; 100g/437yds) shown in #05
Needles: US size 4 (3.50mm)
Gauge: 6 sts = 1” in stockinette stitch before blocking
