These unisex gloves are made from self-patterning variegated sock wool, which means the wool works the beautiful pattern so that you can concentrate fully on the knitting itself.
The yarn used is 100g West Yorkshire Spinners Signature 4 Ply Sock Yarn – Goldfinch; 75% wool 25% nylon; Length: 400m (437yds) per 100g ball; Yarn tension: 28 sts x 36 rows in 10cm (4in).
The pattern is suitable for everyone who has mastered the basics. The gloves are knitted in the round on double pointed needles and circular needles, size 2.5 mm; US size 1.5. The main stitches used are plain knit and purl.
