Although we recommend a 5mm needle, using a 4 or 4.5mm needle will give a much sturdier finish to your knitting which is ideal for bags and other accessories.

I am enjoying knitting with this yarn. It has an interesting “tweedy” effect which is very suitable for the sweater I’m knitting for my husband. It has rather a rough texture, so I would not like to wear it next to my skin!
