    In the run up to my due date I went hat knitting crazy!! If our baby is a girl this could be the first hat she wears.

    • Single Point 3.50mm (US 4)

    Accessoires

    • Sticknadeln
    Andere : Knitted flat as opposed to in the round so needed to mattress stitch up afterwards.

    Notizen I had followed the newborn pattern for a previous project and the hat seemed to come up really big - not got a newborn to try it on yet though so maybe it’ll be fine. Thought I would try to modify the pattern to make it a little smaller using left over wool. Only did three rounds of i-cord on top. I knitted it flat, until the i-cord for speed (due date fast approaching) and left out some rows. Shape doesn’t seem quite right but we’ll see when little one arrives.
