    Beschreibung

    I wanted to try and make a keyhole scarf so have used this pattern as a base. After several failed attempts at a horizontal keyhole I made a vertical keyhole using some stitch holders for the first time. I also learnt how to undo stitches and pick up dropped stitches ;)

    Maße

    Notizen 16cm wide x 90cm long
    - Cable cast on 26 stitches
    - Follow repeating pattern for Row 1 (RS) and Row 2 (WS) until scarf measures 13cm (approx 35 rows) and end after knitting a WS (Row 2) row.
    - Knit vertical keyhole for 20 rows (approx 8cm) using stitch holders to split into 2 sets of 13 stitches. Join another ball of yarn just for the second set of 13 stitches and weave in well around keyhole.
    - Knit across to join both sides together again and follow repeating pattern for Rows 1 and 2 until scarf measures approx 90cm
    - End after knitting a WS (Row 2) and cable cast off
