    Beschreibung

    So, my last cardi knitted for my new grandchild due St George's day this week. Lovely little cardi, I learnt lot from making it, to tweak for next time, eg: follow the pattern advice to use a larger needle for the edging, I seem to cast off a little tight. The little hat is also slightly adapted from Buzybee's pom pom beanie. The only change I made was to the rib as my 1 x 1 rib never looks that great, 2 x 2 seems to knit up better for me. I've made a few little hats, as April has been so warm, I'm thinking May & June may be chilly.
    I'm moving on for a while to knit some small world play animals ..... all ideas gratefully received.

      Lovely little cardie, your choice of colours for the buttons really sets it off. I have the pattern for the little V neck Noah cardie, it is one of my favorites for new arrivals. I think I might have to add this one to my collection as well

      Great to see this new pattern knitted. I really like the colour of the yarn and especially the buttons, the colours work so well. A good idea to use a larger needle for the edging cast off, I should try that too!
