Bit of a tradition now George gets knitted socks for Christmas.
Stick with same pattern as he seems happy with it.
Easy quick knit in between other projects.
@Jean F: you loop he new yarn through the old yarn loop and knit the double stitches for about 10 stitches then when I go back over the next row I catch in the yarn for another few stitches
Thank you Vix 😊
Can never make too many socks 🧦
Haven’t tried scrappy ones yet, though perhaps I should considering the extensive amount of left over sock yarn I have !! 😂
Still trying to get around to trying the hexical ones 😊 on my list !!
Do you know what I did once my sister had just moved to Perth and I was living in Melbourne which is alot colder. I sent her a lovely big box of chocolates for a gift, well she was at work all day and they sat in her mail box in 35 deg heat. So no chocolates for her.lol.😉😉😂😂💕
@Michelle M: oh no !! 😱 what a shame. Suppose there are one or two drawbacks to living in a hot climate. (Not that many though 😂😎) As it happens my daughter in law posted chocolate to her friend yesterday, (her friend had bought and forgot to take home with her) we have been worrying if it will melt in transit, it is just traveling in Perth 🤞😂💝xx
