    This is a really lovely pattern and the suggested wool is a beautiful shade of vintage blue

    Notizen The pattern says that only 4 x 50g balls are required for the baby blanket however I needed five as I was about 20 rows short there is a slight discrepancy in the pattern and the schematic diagram. The diagram indicates 2 1/2 repeats of the pattern and the instructions and the photographs all indicate 3 1/2 you need five balls of wool to complete 3 1/2 of the pattern and this fits better with the measurements but if you only have 4 then do 2 full pattern repeats then first 41 rows of pattern.
