      When decreasing the armholes, do you bind off the beginning stitch? I am determined to make my nephew this jumper. I am quite new to knitting and learning a lot. Thank you!

        Hi. I usually do my decreases 2 stitches in from the edge. SSK on the right and K2tog on the left. That gives you a straight edge which makes seaming easier. Have a look at Roxanne Richardson on YouTube. She does brilliant technique videos, and her explanations are much better than mine. Good luck and enjoy!
