Filska is high spirited or fun in Shetland. Fun to knit and definitely fun to wear, this skirt begins with a scalloped lace hem worked as a long vertical strip. Yarn over loops are then picked up from one edge and the body of the skirt continues in a flattering slipped stitch pattern.
