Finished Size Cowl: 10" tall x 46" circumference; Hat: 20" circumference x 8" tall (pompom adds 3″)
Yarn Malabrigo Worsted (100% merino; 210 yds/100g): Pigeon, 5 skeins. [Appx. 645 yds for cowl and 100 yds for hat (100 yds for pompom) — exact yardage will vary!]
Needles Size US 8 (5.0mm) 16″ circular (cir) and set of double pointed (dpns) and US 6 (4.0mm) 16″ cir — Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
Notions Waste yarn (for provisional cast on for cowl); tapestry needle.
Gauge 18 sts and 26 rows = 4" in Stockinette To save time and ensure proper measurements, please take time to check gauge.
