To fit a 29 to 30 cm/11-½ to 12-inch tall doll such as Barbie, Steffi, Sindy, etc
All skirts will fit a standard, tall or Curvy Barbie with no alteration of pattern required
Materials required for all skirts:
one pair of size 2.00 mm knitting needles. Plus for plain pencil skirt or pencil skirt with pleats:; 31 metres/34 yards 4-ply/fingering yarn. Skirt with flounce: 38 metres/42 yards 4-ply/fingering yarn. Note:The skirt with pleats will work best in cotton yarn.
Finished size of skirts:
Waist to hem – 9.5 cm/3¾-inches;waist - 5 cm/2-inches across, pencil skirt hems – 6 cm /2½-inches across, flounced skirt hem – 6 cm /2½-inches across.
Gauge - worked over sst: 5 rows = 1 cm and 4 stitches = 1 cm
