The video shows working up a size women's 6 slipper. This pattern includes all sizes from age 1 to adult. If you are good at crochet, you can probably watch the video, and be able to make adjustments to make larger or smaller sizes. If so, you don't require a pattern.
If not, this pdf pattern will give you the information to be able to make all sizes.
