A cute little pattern for a set comprising of a chunky dribble bib, beanie hat, and small comforter. The bib fastens with one button on one shoulder, has a half back, and is tabbard style. There is a matching pull on beanie hat, and small 8 inch (20cm) hand size comforter for clutching. This set can be knitted in either King Cole's Yummy yarn or James C Brett's Flutterby yarn. This set is suitable for either a boy or a girl and comes in 3 sizes, newborn, 0-3 months or 3-6 months.
I’ve used King Cole Yummy to make this outfit. I also found that with this type of yarn, it’s best to have a looser cast on edge by casting on with the two needle method. The yummy yarn knits to a tension of 10sts and 20 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch on 6mm needles.
