Graceful leaf and vine lace covers this delicate, rectangular Magda Shawl from Valley Yarns. The shawl is knit in two pieces, then joined in the middle with a narrow band of perpendicular stocking stitch. The Magda Shawl is made with light, soft 2/14 Alpaca Silk, which will give it a gentle halo and surprising warmth for the weight.
Finished Measurements: about 24” wide and 56” long
Yarn Requirements: 1 cone Valley Yarns 2/14 Alpaca Silk (80% Alpaca/ 20% Silk; 8oz/1736yds) shown in Peach Blossom (approximately 800 yards used)
