The Valley Yarns Thora Blanket is richly patterned and knit in fun, modular parquet squares that are picked up and knit from their neighbors. There are a lot of ends to sew in, even for the smallest size, so get your tapestry needle ready, or carry the strands loosely across the wrong side and sew on a fabric back to conceal them.
Finished Measurements: 24 x 32 (40 x 48, 56 x 64)”, shown in smallest size
Yarn Requirements: Valley Yarns Stockbridge (50% Superfine Alpaca/ 50% Wool; 50g/109yds)
colour A: 3 (6, 12) skeins, shown in Blue Mist
colour B: 4 (8, 16) skeins, shown in Gold
colour C: 3 (6, 12) skeins, shown in Lake
colour D: 3 (6, 12) skeins, shown in Stone Blue
Needles: US 7 (4.50mm) circular 32” or longer, or size needed to get gauge
Gauge: 4.5 sts and 9 rows = 1” in garter stitch
